What is the Rumpl warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all Rumpl products. This covers any manufacturing defects or functional issues that occur during normal use. Please contact our support team with photos of the issue to initiate a claim.
How do I wash and care for my Rumpl blanket?
Most Rumpl blankets are machine washable. We recommend using a front-loading washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to maintain the integrity of the synthetic insulation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Are Rumpl blankets waterproof?
Our blankets feature a DWR (durable water repellent) finish that makes them highly water-resistant and stain-resistant, but they are not 100% waterproof if submerged. They are designed to shed moisture and spills easily.

Sustainability is core to our mission. Our core line of blankets is made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester, diverting millions of plastic bottles from landfills every year.
